Lechon baka made it to the news again when Andoks started serving it. While tasty, the real thing is much larger and much harder to cook. It's not as popular as your lechon baboy buts it's so delicious when done right. Erwan and Martin wanted to see how it's made from scratch, so they're off to Nueva Ecija to find out.
