1/4 kg Ideal Pasta Spaghettini, cooked according to package directions
2/3 cup unsalted butter
1 cup culinary cream
1/4 cup grated fresh parmesan
3 tbsp truffle oil
grated parmesan, for finish
freshly cracked pepper

Penne Telefono (5:41)
1/4 kg Ideal Pasta Penne, cooked according to package directions
3 tbsp Borges Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 pc small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (400g) can crushed tomatoes
1/2 cup water
1 cup culinary cream
3/4 cup grated mozzarella
