Berry Scones:
• 2 large strawberries, quartered and sliced
• ¼ cup blueberries
• 1 egg yolk
• ¼ cup heavy cream
• ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 ½ cup flour
• ¼ cup sugar
• ½ tablespoon baking powder
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• 1 stick (4 oz) unsalted butter, cold and cubed
• Granulated sugar, for sprinkling
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1 ½ tablespoons hot water
High Tea Finger Sandwiches:
• 4 slices white bread
• 2 oz cream cheese, room temp
• Pinch of salt
• Pinch of black pepper
• Pinch of garlic powder
• 1 small cucumber, peeled, and thinly sliced
• 4 slices of wheat bread
• 1 cup egg salad
Sunflower Chocolate Mousse Bites:
• 1 cup heavy cream
• ½ cup dark chocolate
• ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
• ¼ cup powdered sugar
• 1 cup Yellow candy melts
• Chocolate sprinkles
Apple Pie Bites:
• ¼ cup packed brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon (+ extra for sprinkling on top)
• Pinch of nutmeg
• Pinch of salt
• 3 tablespoons of melted butter
• ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/3 cup chopped pecans
• 1 granny smith apple, sliced into 1/2” slices
• 1 tube of crescent rolls
Strawberry Cheesecake Bites:
• ¼ stick (1 oz) unsalted butter, softened
• 2 oz cream cheese, softened
• ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
• Pinch of salt
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 6 large strawberries cut in half
• 1 graham cracker, smashed into crumbs
